For many, the expense of IVF is prohibitive (and insurance reimbursement is rarely an option) - a frozen cycle with pre-tested embryos represents a chance at pregnancy and a baby.  Practical realities intrude, however:  for the original owners (creators) of the embryos, there are often significant psychological issues related to donating material which could turn out to become full genetic sibling(s) to existing offspring.</description>
