ACARAL Stands by Independent Adoption

October 7, 2009 -- The American College of Assisted Reproduction and Adoption Lawyers (ACARAL) views the adoption lawyer as an integral part of the adoption process, and believes that the future of independent adoption in New York should not be endangered.
